How do I calculate how much tile I need for my project?
To calculate the total square footage, multiply the length of your area by the width. We recommend adding a 10% overage to account for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
What is the difference between porcelain and ceramic tile?
While both are made from clay, porcelain is fired at higher temperatures, making it denser and more resistant to moisture. Porcelain is ideal for outdoor or high-traffic areas, while ceramic is perfect for indoor walls and backsplashes.
How are shipping costs calculated for heavy stone and tile?
Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the order and the delivery distance. Due to the fragile nature of tile, we use specialized freight carriers to ensure your product arrives safely on a pallet.
What is your return policy for overstock or unused tile?
We accept returns on unopened, full cartons of tile within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and custom-cut mosaics or special order items are non-returnable.
Can I request samples before placing a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples to see the color, texture, and finish in your home's lighting. Samples can be ordered directly from each product page.
Do I need to seal my tile or natural stone?
Most natural stones and unglazed tiles require a sealer to protect against stains and moisture. Glazed ceramic and porcelain tiles typically do not require sealing, though the grout lines should be sealed for longevity.
